Verse Of The Day: Merry heart does good like a medicine: but a broken spirit dries the bones. Proverbs 17:22

LISTEN: No help can be enough which is not supported by help from within; and no healing can be enough either which is not supported by healing from within. My dear, take it easy on yourself. I know you might be asking within yourself, how can I take it easy on myself when I just lost my lovely child? How can I take it easy on myself when I am just the only surviving member of my family? How can I take it easy on myself when I have waited for several years without a baby in my marriage? How can I take it easy on myself when I have remained jobless after graduating from school several years ago? How can I take it easy when sickness has stolen away my joy?

Beloved, I know this questions will go on and on if you are permitted to ask endlessly. I may not know the weight of your pains and sorrows, but God who knows are cares about us all, knows about your problems. Do not kill yourself, rather cast your burden on Him for He really cares for you (1 Peter 5 : 7). Jesus Christ said to His audience, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”(Matthew 11 : 28). My dear, have you turned to Jesus for help? Why are you struggling under your burden alone? Do you not want to experience rest? If you want rest, come to Jesus.

Jesus Christ will put a smile on your face no matter what. Come to Him by faith, do not mind what you are going through, rather believe in Him and quit worry. Determine to take this medication that I am going to prescribe to you shortly. The drug has worked wonders in the lives of many who took the correct dosage. The name of the medicine is “JOY”. Our verse of the day says, “Merry heart does good like a medicine: but a broken spirit dries the bones.” (Proverbs 17:22). ‘Merry heart’ is the same as joy. It means to be very happy and cheerful : feeling or showing happiness.

Such lifestyle produces life and health. But the opposite destroys. Beloved, to neglect or refuse a joyful lifestyle is to embrace death and misery. Those who choose sadness over joy have decided to sponsor their own trip to the land of tragedy. Please cheer up! It is not yet over, help yourself, for God has not given up on you.
