Verse Of The Day: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3 : 16
LISTEN: God gave up his Son Jesus Christ because he loves us. Christ’s life was offered an offering for sin for the world to be reconciled to God. His sacrifice was the ultimate sacrifice that could truly appease God and bring redemption to mankind. Only a loving God can sacrifice a beloved Son for a beloved people. The sacrificed Christ is the only hope for the lost world. Beloved, do you know that God loves you? That he loves you just the way you are even when others hate and despise you? You may have committed all manner of evils and atrocities, but God still loves you the way you are. That expressed the reason for the death of Christ Jesus.
You may have committed heinous crimes and wondering if God can ever forgive you. Beloved, the answer is yes, he can if will repent. It was because of you and I that Christ died on the cross for. God’s love for you disregarded your sin, instead he put your sin upon his Son. (). Our verse of the day says, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3 : 16). This means that God’s love is for the entire world. He wants to save those who believe in Jesus Christ, and you are part of those God want to save.
No matter the gravity of your sin, God is ready to forgive you through Jesus Christ. Are you a prostitute? an idolater? An adulterer or adulteress? A drunk? A thief or robber? An occultist? A kidnapper? A murderer? A cultist, A rapist? A drug addict? A blackmailer? Etc. Whatever your crime or sin is, God still loves you and want to save you through his beloved Son Jesus Christ. Do not neglect or reject his offer of salvation to you today. Remember that you are lost without him, because sin causes us to wander away from God, but he (God) because of love is out to seek and save you if you turn to Him today. (Romans 5 : 8). Do not delay any further for time is ticking away. (2Corinthians 6 : 2).
