Verse Of The Day: Blessed is the man that trusts in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is. Jeremiah 17 : 7

LISTEN: Oh! How wonderful and blessed it is for a man to trust in God almighty. God is ever present, faithful and reliable. He sees us even when we cannot see or trace Him. He knows our hearts and thoughts. When we trust and obey, He knows; and when we doubt and disobey He equally knows. Truly, with the carnal mind, it is difficult to trust in an unseen or invisible God. Very difficult to rely on something or someone you are not sure if he does exist. However, we do not need to see God physically to believe that He exist. We do not need to trace or feel Him to believe that He exist either. Obviously, nature alone can explain and witness to His existence. What our eyes see in nature should tell us that the world is not a product of accident or chance, but God’s masterpiece and handiwork. That you have not been to some parts of the world does not mean that there are no people living there. In the same way, that you cannot see God does not mean that He does not exist too.

You cannot know about God without faith. When you are empty of faith you are empty of divine insights and revelations. No one can feel God or come to Him if he or she is empty of faith. Without faith you cannot please Him. Why? Because the absence of faith will amount to doubting the existence of God; demonstrate lack of confidence in His faithfulness, disobey His instructions, reject His Lordship and sovereignty, etc. That is why the bible says, ” But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that comes to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” (Hebrews 11 : 6). Beloved, God is honoured and revered when you trust and put your confidence in Him. That is why He commands His blessing towards those who trust in Him. Beloved, why not trust in the Lord today? He is ready to bless you, therefore, you must be willing to trust Him. He cannot keep anything away from you if you can trust and obey.
