Verse Of The Day: We walk by faith, not by sight 2 Corinthians 5:7

LISTEN: Are you tired of life and about giving up? Has your progress been interrupted by trials and circumstances of life? Do not quit trying, instead, keep moving on. Just proceed with your life. Do not surrender to intimidation or undue delays. Be strong and proceed by faith. Do not faint under afflictions just because immediate deliverance has not come yet, or your prayers are not answered as expected. Never forget that we serve a living God who knows and cares about us. He is a God of possibilities. With Him, no situation is too difficult or impossible to address, including yours. (Jer 32 : 27 ; Mat 19:26). With him there is no condition too miserable to be changed. Beloved, God wants us to live in the realm of faith, the realm where everything is possible: the realm of unwavering faith. Yes! That is where He wants us to be. He wants us to walk by faith, not by sight. (2 corinthians 5 : 7). Beloved, to live by faith is to live with the conviction that God exists and is the creator and ruler of all things; the provider and bestower of eternal salvation through Christ and the rewarder of those who serve Him in spirit and in truth.

God’s will for us is to rely on him. Though we cannot see him, but we can feel him; we may not trace him, but we can trust him. This is because, faith is the guaranty of things hoped for, the evidence, or convincing proof of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1). Our Bible verse of the day shows the way and how we ought to live. We are to conduct ourselves in our course of life with reference to the things which are unseen, and not with reference to the things which are seen. We are to live in the confident expectation of things that are to come; in the belief of the existence of unseen realities, and allowing them to influence us as if they were seen. We are not to live like the people of this world who live just for this present life. People who live just for wealth, honour, fame, popularity, praise, money, etc. People whose lives revolves around the things of this world as though everything begins and ends here. As children of God, we ought to live with a firm believe in the Omnipotence of God, and not to allow life’s circumstance affect our confidence and faith in God. Those who walk or live by faith are not bothered by challenging circumstances of life, because they are just for a time. Today, let us learn to walk by faith and not by sight today.
