Verse Of The Day: One man was there who had been ill for thirty-eight years. When Jesus saw him there on the floor it was clear to him that he had been now a long time in that condition, and so he said to the man, Is it your desire to get well? John 5 : 5 , 6 (BBE).

LISTEN: Do you know that God can heal you? Do you know that He can turn your situations around? Beloved, healing belongs to God. The word healing is to cause an undesirable condition to be overcome: it is to become healthy or well again. Truly, healing is everyone’s dream. Everyone needs healing in one area of life or the other. Even those who do not know that they have need for healing still needs healing. This simply mean that One who is financially poor needs financial healing. As one who is sick in the body needs bodily healing; anyone who is bankrupt of ideas needs healing of the mind. Those having marriage crisis needs marital healing. In the same way, anyone experiencing academic crisis needs academic healing. The lists go on and on. Thankfully, God is prepared to give us what we seek because healing belongs to Him. Beloved, when all hope is lost, He is there to bring smile on your face. When everyone has given up on you, He is not ready to give up on you. Your situation may be critical, but God is bigger than your situation.

That was exactly the situation of the man in our verse of the day. He was sick and incapacitated for a period of thirty eight years. He tried his best to be healed but to no avail. However, one day the Master of the universe, the great physician, the King of kings and Lord of Lords appeared and broke the protocol that kept him in that situation. The man thought that his situation had no remedies, but Jesus Christ proved him wrong and spoke a word into his life and the man was healed immediately. Beloved, are you sick, afflicted or troubled? Have you tried everything and they have failed you? Do you think you have come to the end of the road in your life? I have good news for you. There is no end of the road for anyone who believes in God. He has set you free through Jesus Christ. Therefore, Sicknesses and diseases can never stop you. Cheer up! Your miracle has come. Beloved, no matter how bad your situations are, you will certainly come out of it strong and alive, in Jesus’ name.
