Verse Of The Day: Deliver me from my distress; rescue me from my suffering! Psalms 25 : 17

LISTEN: Do you know you can talk to, and cry to God when you are heartbroken? Do you also know He can help you overcome your challenges? Beloved, are you heartbroken, troubled, afflicted, or tormented by circumstances of life? Are you scared of life because you believe that there is nothing to live for? Have you tried all alternatives and they have all failed you? Not to worry! There is one more source you should try by faith, and truly, you will not be disappointed. Beloved, that source is God Almighty. He is a dependable God; with Him there is nothing like impossibility. (Jeremiah 32 : 27 ; Luke 1 :37). No matter your situation, you can cry to Him for help by faith. He is a merciful God who understands that no one is immune to trial, trouble, pain, or suffering. He promises to be with us in trouble. So, do not panic or worry about your situation, instead, trust Him. Beloved, do not forget God and go in search of alternative solutions to your problems, or allow distress to push you away from Him, instead, determine to draw more closer to Him daily.

Do not forget that there is nothing impossible with God. He is a wonder-working God. His ears are itching to hear His people’s prayer for help. He is pleased when you call Him for help in your time of trouble. So never give up no matter what, instead, pray like David did in our verse of the day. David in the midst of his afflictions cried to God and said, ” Deliver me from my distress; rescue me from my suffering” (Psalms 25:17). He cried out to God because he knew he could not help himself. And because he cried to God in faith, God delivered him. His prayer was not disappointed, and therefore he joyfully said, ” Surely he rescue me from all troubles, and I triumph over my enemies.” (Psalms 54 : 7). In the same way, when you pray to God for help He will deliver you.
