Verse Of The Day: For I know what I have planned for you,’ says the LORD. ‘I have plans to prosper you, not to harm you. I have plans to give you a future filled with hope. Jeremiah 29 : 11

LISTEN: Beloved, do you know that God’s plans for us are better than the ones we have for ourselves? And that He can use any situation to establish His purpose in our lives? (Romans 8 : 28). Do you also believe that His plans for us are for good and not of evil? Beloved, the year 2018 is here, and God is prepared to bless His people. He is willing to pour out His blessings upon those who can trust and obey Him no matter what. Beloved, no matter what you see, or experience, determine to focus on the promises of God. Anchor your hope on His word. The journey may not be easy, but the end is already determined by our God. The road to your success may be rough, but the victory is sure. Just keep working and investing your life purposefully; relax your mind from all anxieties, and trust the faithfulness of God.

When in captivity in Babylon, the Israelites thought it was not necessary to be happy and live their normal life. They were desperate to leave Babylon; as a result, refused to work to succeed and prosper. But God through His prophet Jeremiah urged them to work, relax and trust Him for intervention. God said to them through His prophet, ” Build houses and live in them. Plant gardens and eat their produce. Take wives and father sons and daughters. Take wives for your sons and give your daughters in marriage, so they may have sons and daughters. Increase in numbers there, do not decrease. (Jeremiah 29 : 5 , 6). Beloved, are you like the Israelites in captivity who chose to be stagnant because of circumstances? Are you bothered about your situations instead of believing the word of God? Beloved, you will miss the blessings of God if you fail to trust His word. God said to His people, ” For I know what I have planned for you,’ says the LORD. ‘I have plans to prosper you, not to harm you. I have plans to give you a future filled with hope.” (Jeremiah 29 : 11). So let us work, relax and trust God in everything.
