PEACE OR PRESSURE?

Verse Of The Day: … the LORD will bless his people with peace. Psalms 29 : 11

LISTEN: Are you experiencing peace or living under pressure? Today, peace is rare in many homes, the society and the world at large. Peace is a blessing from God. Nobody can experience real peace if God is not the giver. Besides, the peace of God is not the same as the peace of the world. (John 16 : 33). The peace of the world is temporal, but the peace of God is eternal. The peace of the world is based on what we own (wealth, health, possessions, etc); but the peace of God is based on the God we have. The peace of God gives rest, but the peace of the world comes with pressure. The things we claim to have are the same that often breaks our heart. But the peace of God is that which mends our broken hearts. The peace of God is mainly for the people of God. Our verse of the day says, ” The LORD will bless his people with peace.” (Psalms 29 : 11). However, those who choose to keep God out of their lives cannot enjoy the peace of God. Beloved, do you know you can enjoy peace when passing through trials? Do you also know you can have peace when you have nothing, but God? It sounds strange, right? This is how it works, choose to include God in everything you do, and to carry His spirit of peace and rest rather than the spirit of pressure and stress, and you will discover how wonderful the peace of God is. Friend, are you in any form of pressure? Have you been stressed out by trials and miseries? Is your life miserable and empty of peace? Not to worry! There is hope for you. Invite God and His peace will fill your heart. (see Philippians 4 : 6 , 7).
