Verse Of The Day : Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path. Psalms 119 : 105

LISTEN : No one can walk with ease or hinderance – free if vision is impaired. Your sight is an integral part of your life, at such, speed is limited when sight is impaired. Without sight, one will stumble and grope for directions. (Mathew 6 : 23). Beloved, what good sight is to you, God’s word is to your life. God’s word guides people to the right path. It is the key to a righteous and holy living. Those who keep step with the word of God cannot stray from God’s purpose. They are protected from dangers and traps of the devil. Their thoughts are weighed and refined by the word of God, as a result, their actions are in line with His will. They are not limited by forces of darkness because they receive light (insight, direction, revelation, knowledge understanding and wisdom) from the word of God. (Psalms 119 : 99, 100). In our verse of the day the Psalmist says, ” Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path.” (Psalms 119 : 105). Beloved, God’s word is truly the lamp that can illumine our paths. It is the force that can dispel darkness of sin and its contaminating influence. With God’s word in your heart His fear can reign supreme and perfect His eternal purpose in you. Friend, do you want to make progress and not miss your way? Then, abide by the word of God. Trust me, you cannot stumble or stray away from divine purposes when you allow God’s word to be your guide.
