Verse Of The Day : Do your best to present yourself approved by God, a workman who does not need to be ashamed, properly handling the Word of Truth. 2 Timothy 2 : 15

LISTEN : God’s word is light. It gives directions, enlightens and saves from errors and the deceitfulness of sin. (Psalms 119 : 105). Our eyes are opened when we consistently study and gain deeper knowledge and understanding of the word of God. When we spend our times in the Word of God, and properly handle the Word of truth, we are saved from embracing Satan’s lies. (John 8 : 32). The deeper we grow in the knowledge of God and His words, the livelier we become spiritually. Beloved, learn to soak yourself in the word of God. Those who soak themselves in God’s words do not get dried up spiritually. Spiritual dryness occurs when you neglect to feed on God’s word. We are to soak ourselves in God’s words if we must grow and mature spiritually. To soak ourselves in the word of God is to allow His words to penetrate or affect our minds /hearts. It is to allow the power of His words to influence our feelings and actions. Beloved, try hard to be the kind of person that God will approve of. As a child of God, you should study hard the word of God to be able to teach others the true message accurately. Tell the world about Jesus Christ and allow them to make their own choices of eternal destiny. Be wise!

Bible Verse : You are from God, little children, and have conquered them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. 1 John 4 : 4

LISTEN: Beloved, do you know we serve a powerful God? Do you also know you belong to God Almighty, the Lion of the tribe of Judah; hence, should be bold to confront the devil and his agents? (Proverbs 28 : 1) There is no reason to fear or doubt when you are walking with God. Fear cannot cripple anyone whose heart is occupied with faith. Though, there are battles to fight in life, but these battles have been conquered for us by Jesus Christ; and so we have access to victory by our faith in Him. The Bible says, “For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.” (1John 5 : 4). Beloved, your faith is important to what happens to you and how you come out of it. When your faith fails, your confidence is sure to drop; and when your confidence drops, fear will dominate and paralyse you. Therefore, strive to grow your faith. Do not be afraid of what the future holds for you. Trust God for He is greater than your problems and enemies. Invite Him into your life and you will experience His power. If God is with you, victory is sure. (1 John 4 : 4). So, stop panicking and start trusting God today. Be wise!

1. Thank God for keeping you alive and safe today.
2. Ask the Lord to forgive your sins and restore your relationship with Him.
3. Ask God for faith to trust His ability to deliver you from your enemies.
4. Pray God to watch over you and deliver you from plans of the enemy against you.
5. Pray God to rescue the afflicted and oppressed. Then thank Him for answer to your prayer.

May your sleep be sweet. May God keep you from the reach of evil spirits. May your spiritual eyes be opened to mysteries that will gloriously change your life for ever, in Jesus’ name, amen.

God bless you. See you tomorrow.
