Verse Of The Day: Righteousness exalts a nation but sin is a disgrace to any people Proverbs 14:34

LISTEN : God blesses us when we walk in line with His will. When we walk in obedience to His word, He sets us on high, raises us up from the dungeon, and brings us into a large place. But when we choose to walk in disobedience to His will, we are sure to be disgraced and destroyed. Beloved, we are created in the image and likeness of God to be fruitful and multiply and to have dominion over the earth. (Genesis 1:27,28). Sadly, this authority and blessings were lost because of sin (disobedience) by Adam and Eve. (Genesis 3). The consequences of their sin was lost of authority and the right to live forever. They ate just a fruit but lost an entire garden of glory. That is what sin could do to anyone who chooses to live outside the will of God. Righteousness exalts, but sin brings reproach. Humanity was dragged into shame and sorrow because righteousness was undermined. Beloved, seek righteousness and abstain from sin. Jesus Christ has paid the price for your sin. Today, those who will keep a right standing with God will be saved and gloriously rewarded. Righteousness brings promotion ; and true promotion will locate us when we live to please God. Beloved, learn to say no to sin and never compromise your integrity. Avoid sin, for sin will surely reduce you to nothing, and deny you God’s blessings. Be wise!

Bible Verse : Sanctify them by your truth; your word is truth John 17:17

LISTEN : The word of God produces what we need to be dedicated to God. His word guarantees the cleansing we need to connect to Him. Jesus Christ is the Word of God. He is the ultimate truth. Jesus Christ prays to His Father to sanctify his disciples with the truth, the Word of God. That is, to make them pure and cleanse them from sin. (1Th 5:23;1Co 6:11). Truly, sanctification in the life of the believer is progressive. Through the word the believer is made to become more like Christ and less attached to the world. The word of God enables the believer to get the control over evil thoughts, passions, and impure desires. Besides, through the word the believer’s eyes are opened to those things which are unseen and eternal. As a result, he is consecrated, and set apart to God’s purpose. Beloved, Jesus Christ wants you to be made more holy and truly consecrated to God as a follower of His religion. As believers in Christ Jesus, we can only be devoted to the service of God if we are pure and renewed by the word of God. Surely, our faith in Christ cannot function without sanctification (Heb 12:14) When we study and appreciate God’s word, it will separate us from sin, provoke dedication and consecration; gives freedom (John 8:32), etc. My dear, God’s word is our weapon against sin and Satan. So, learn to use it. (Psalms 119:11) . Be wise!

1. Pray and bless God for His love and protection.
2. Ask God for forgiveness and mercy.
3. Ask God to sanctify you by His word.
4. Pray and destroy all satanic plans against you and your family tonight.

It is well with you. May God sanctify you by His word. May the blessings of the word locate you, in Jesus’ name, amen.

God bless you. See you tomorrow.
