Verse Of The Day : And Isaac prayed to the LORD for his wife, because she was barren. And the LORD heard him, and Rebekah his wife conceived. Genesis 25:21 MKJV
LISTEN : “Problem shared is a problem half solved” says a popular maxim. No one will know exactly how you feel until you express your feelings. In the same way, your spouse may not know when you are hurting or troubled until you open up. Marriage is good, but until those involved value one another, marriage will become a nightmare. Many marriages have fallen apart because marriage partners were not ready to share their burdens and celebrate their successes together. They make their spouses look like they are not needed around them. Friend, it is too sad to propose marriage to someone, and eventually got married to him or her, but continue to live like strangers to each other. In marriage, the pain, misery and heartbreak of one should be the concern of the other. Marriage should not be turned into a nightmare. It should be a place of comfort and not a place for heartbreak.
Marriage becomes a nightmare when the pain of the wife becomes the joy of her husband; and the husband’s woes and heartbreak become his wife’s cause of celebration. Beloved, it ought not to be so. Burdens and marriage concerns such as (barrenness, childlessness, hardship, bankruptcy, sicknesses and diseases, etc.) are meant to be shared by marriage partners (Galatians 6:2). My dear, you are not to use your spouse’s weaknesses against him or her. Our verse of the day says, ” And Isaac prayed to the LORD for his wife, because she was barren. And the LORD heard him, and Rebekah his wife conceived” (Genesis 25:21 MKJV). Isaac took his wife’s problem (barrenness) as his own. He never tormented her for it, but prayed to God instead. Like Isaac, can you “stand in the gap” for your spouse? Can you stop the ongoing battle in your marriage and seek solutions? Henceforth, learn to share in your spouse’s burden and celebrate your successes together. Be wise!

TOPIC: THE LORD ALWAYS PROVES FAITHFUL
Bible Verse : All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies. Psalms 25:10.
LISTEN : God never fails His promises, He is forever faithful to His elect. What He says is what He does to those who obey Him. (Numbers 23:19-23). God never fails anyone who remains obedient and faithful to Him. Faith in God is the protection of the righteous. Those who are faithful and obedient to God cannot beg for His mercy and protection. He gives it to them as their inheritance (Isaiah 54:15,17). Beloved, are you obedient to God? Do you respect and honour His will? Do you know disobedience to God will deny you of His love and mercy? Do you also know that when you are obedient and faithful to God you will attract His love and mercy? Our Bible verse says, ”All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.” (Psalms 25:10). Yes! The LORD will always prove faithful and reliable to those who follow the demands of his covenant (Romans 10:11). Beloved, are you following the demands of His covenant, or you have made the decision to neglect it? Do not forget that when you disobey and disrespect God, you will surely lose His love and mercy. So, be careful and follow the will of God for your life. Be wise!
PRAYER POINTS :
1. Thank the Lord for a wonderful day and the gift of life.
2. Ask Him for forgiveness, Mercy and restoration.
3. Pray God to give you a heart of obedience and faithfulness to His word.
4. Pray for grace to focus on doing the will of God no matter what.
5. Ask for a good night sleep, and destroy Satan’s plans over your life.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION :
Today I prophesy to you, may God give you a heart for Him. May you fear and respect Him all the days of your life, in Jesus’ name, amen.
God bless you. See you tomorrow.
