Verse Of The Day : So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. Psalms 90:12

LISTEN : When you check your wrist watch or the clock, what goes on in your mind? No doubt, you do that to regulate or schedule your time. You do not want to be late to your appointments or do anything behind the right time. In the same way, we should be conscious of the time of our lives. (Ephesians 5:16). Let us not be carried away by the present, but directed and spurred to work for the future (eternity). Beloved, time is ticking away and people seem not to be concerned about it. Life demands wisdom, and life without wisdom is worthless. One aspect of wisdom in life is to consider time. Life is time, and time is the regulator of life. Hence, to undermine time is to undermine life. Truly, the beauty of life is to make the most of your time talents and treasures. When you recognise that you are not in the earth forever, you will do things today that will make tomorrow a little better ; and things tomorrow that will take you one step toward your goal for next week ; and things next week that will get you closer to your goals for next month and for the rest of the year. Such consciousness will always fix your eyes on time, and how it relates to life. Beloved, life flies with time. So, watch your time. A little delay, a little carelessness and a little waste of time, life will be wasted eventually. Be wise!

Bible Verse : Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him. Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen. Psalms 37:7

LISTEN: To receive from God you must have faith, and faith works when you walk in patience, believing that God will do what He says He will do. Sadly, a lot of people often feel bad when they are asked to wait for what they desire so much. They are heartbroken any time they perceive or feel abandoned. They fail to acknowledge the fact that God cannot forsake His people. (Hebrew 13:5). God is merciful and kind to His people. No matter what happens, it shall be well with those who trust and wait for God. Beloved, do not worry about the “prosperity” of the wicked, instead, strive to live in line with the will of God; certainly you will not regret it. Never be in a hurry for prosperity, rather, be diligent and trust the LORD. Always lean on God even when it seems like nothing is working for you. People may give up on you or reject you, yet, do not give up on God. Besides, do not envy the wicked who “prospers” in what he does, for he will not stand when God visits. Wait for the blessings of the LORD, though it may delay, but it will surely come, and it will come with no sorrow. (Proverbs 10:22). My dear, no matter what, do not rush to where God does not lead you to, because you will surely rush out in frustration, misery and disgrace. Be wise!

1. Glorify God for today no matter what.
2. Ask God for forgiveness, and grace to be committed to Him.
3. Pray God to help you wait patiently for Him in all situations.
4. Intercede for believers in Christ around the world for grace to live for God.
5. Pray against all sorts of wickedness of men, and ask God to keep you safe.

Today I prophesy to you, may God keep you from falling. May the Lord show you the path of righteousness and order your steps in the right direction, in Jesus’ name, amen.
