Verse Of The Day : That day the LORD brought honor to Joshua before all Israel. They respected him all his life, just as they had respected Moses. Joshua 4:14 NET
LISTEN : A single day can make a difference in your life. What you do each day is important to what you become eventually. What you do with God will determine what God will do with you. When you spend time in trying to know and do the will of God, you are setting the stage for your honour. Yes! One day with God can transform your life forever. Working to please God is working to honour Him; and God honours those who honour Him. He magnifies those who magnify Him in the sight of the world. What does it mean to honour God? It means to respect and revere Him because you admire Him. It means to hold Him in high esteem. Beloved, the day you choose to make honouring God your topmost priority is the day you have chosen to make divine honour your portion in life. When Moses sent the twelve spies to the land of Canaan to explore, only Joshua and Caleb came back with good report. The remaining ten came back with evil report that broke the heart of the people and made them doubt God’s ability to give them the land of Canaan. (Numbers 13:25-33). But because Joshua honoured God in the eyes of Israel, God also honoured him when he became the leader after the death of Moses. Through him, God cause the Jordan river to dry up for the children of Israel to pass through. After that encounter, the children of Israel respected Joshua all his life. Our Bible verse says, “That day the LORD brought honor to Joshua before all Israel. They respected him all his life, just as they had respected Moses.” (Joshua 4:14 NET). Beloved, do you desire to be honoured and celebrated? Then, honour and fear God! Surely, you cannot honour God and end in disgrace. Be wise!

TOPIC : YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE UNTIL YOU ASK
Bible Verse : Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. Matthew 7:7
LISTEN : You may not receive until you ask, seek and knock on God’s door of favour. Learning to ask is learning to receive. God gives answer when we ask. He reveals and releases hidden things when we seek; and He will let us into His chambers and home of abundance and mysteries when we knock on His door. God honours those who are importunate in prayer. He blesses those who are tenacious in seeking to discover His will and receive His blessings. He will not ignore those who refuse to give up on knocking on the door of mercy and blessings. He promises to respond when we sincerely ask, seek and knock on His door of grace. The Bible says, “For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened.” (Matthew 7:8). My dear, stop complaining and begin to ask, seek and knock on the door you want to open up in your life. Never forget that “not to ask is not to receive, not to seek is not to find ; and not to knock is to have yourself locked out of God’s blessings.” (James 4:2,3). Never miss any opportunity to ask, seek and knock on God’s door through prayer. Whatever your needs are, pray fervently and expect confidently, and God will cause you to receive His abundant and endless blessings. Be wise!
1. Thank God for His blessings and favour to you today.
2. Ask for forgiveness, restoration and peace in your life.
3. Commit your heart desires and challenges to Him and trust Him to meet your needs.
4. Pray against demonic influences and manipulations in your life, and thank God for answered prayer.
Today I prophesy to you, may God answer your prayer. May you receive as you ask, find as you seek, and experience an open door as you knock, in Jesus’ name, amen.
