Verse Of The Day: For the message about the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. 1 Corinthians 1:18
LISTEN: Have you accepted the gospel of the kingdom of God? (Matthew 4:17). Did you know the message of Jesus Christ is the message of truth, salvation and eternal life? Beloved, anyone who is not saved is lost. And we are saved or lost by our own choices. He who does not make the decision to be saved will forever be lost. What does it mean to be lost? It means to live and die in sin, instead of accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour and be saved. It means to despise the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ on the cross and rejecting Him as one sent from God. It also means to remain an enemy of God and be doomed forever. Thankfully, everyone has the opportunity to be saved through Jesus today. Jesus Christ knows no sin, but took upon Himself our own sin, that we might become the righteousness of God by faith. What a loving Saviour! So, to continue to reject and resist Jesus Christ is to choose to perish forever. A lot of people are still spiritually blind, they argue and doubt the biblical evidences confirming Jesus Christ as the Son of God. The understanding of their mind has been darkened by sin and Satan. This is why our verse of the day says “For the message about the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God” (1 Corinthians 1:18). Beloved, do you take the preaching of the death of Christ as foolishness? Do you think followers of Jesus are wasting their time? Do you despise the gospel and the person of Christ Jesus? Please rethink, for there is no more time. The more time you waste, the closer you are to destruction and hell. Remember, to reject the gospel of Christ Jesus is to accept to perish forever. Be wise!

Bible Verse : The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works. Psalms 145:9
LISTEN : God is loving, caring, forgiving and merciful. He is good and kind to all. His faithfulness endures forever. Surely, He has blessed the world with all manner of good things. Everything we enjoy in this world could be traceable to the goodness of God. The air, water, food, land, etc., are the expression of the goodness of God. Beloved, God is truly good to all His creation. He is kind and compassionate toward us; He is disposed and ready to do us good at all times. He is the life of all. Without Him we have no life (Acts 17:25). There is not one of us whom He is not ready and willing to bless; or whose welfare He is not ready to promote. His goodness is to all (both the good and the bad). The Bible says, “And his tender mercies are over all his works” (Psalms 145:9). That is, in all that He has made, there is evidence that He is a kind and loving God. He has a heart to love and to bless what He has made (Matt 5:45). He is gracious. He is not disposed to cast off the weak, the erring, and the suffering. He is willing to pardon, receive and restore the repentant, and to wipe away the tears of the brokenhearted. God’s goodness and mercy are ultimately demonstrated in Jesus Christ who tasted death for every man. His grace for every soul is free. Beloved, no matter what happens, think of what God has done for you, and you will agree with me and declare that God is kind and merciful. Remember, our kind and merciful God is worthy of worship and honour. Be wise!
1. Pray and bless God for His love and protection.
2. Ask God for forgiveness and mercy.
3. Ask God to give you the heart to acknowledge and appreciate His goodness.
4. Pray and destroy all satanic plots against you and the people of God.
It is well with you. May God open your eyes to His kindness and benevolence, and make you not to forget His blessings in your life, in Jesus’ name, amen.
