Verse Of The Day : Even if he slays me, I will hope in him; I will surely defend my ways to his face! Job 13 : 15
LISTEN : Without faith it is easier to compromise one’s conviction. But a person of faith finds it difficult and unreasonable to lose his stand in God even when the going gets tough. Job is one of those who would not trade God for anything. He was prepared to lose his life than lose his faith in God. (Job 1:1–22 ; 2:1–10). One may ask, “how was Job able to survive his trials?” “Why was he not broken beyond remedy?” “How was he able to remain firm in his faith in God when it is obvious that he found himself in a situation in which no progress seems possible?” “How was he able to cope with the loss of everything that was dear to his life?” “Why did he not give up hope and quit his faith?” The answer is simply. In our verse of the day. Job said, “Even if he slays me, I will hope in him; I will surely defend my ways to his face!” (Job 13:15). Job overcame his trials because he was not ready to compromise his faith no matter what. He attached more value to his faith than anything else. Wealth or no wealth, family or no family, money or no money, popularity or no popularity, Job was determined to stick with God. Not too many people could do what Job did. He demonstrated his commitment to God. though his torments were increased more and more, so that there seems to be no hope of recovery, yet, he continued to trust God. Beloved, like Job, let us pledge our allegiance to God and hold onto our faith from start to finish. Be wise!

TOPIC : A CALL TO A LIFE OF INTEGRITY
Bible Verse : The integrity of the upright guides them, but the crookedness of the unfaithful destroys them. Proverbs 11:3
LISTEN: Every child of God is called to a life of integrity because we are Christ’s ambassadors. Integrity is priceless. It brings honour in the long run. Sadly, many people do not esteem integrity today. As a result, a lot of things have gone wrong because, integrity is missing in the society. Many believe that the world systems do not support integrity; but as Christians we should live with integrity. What then is integrity? In the Old Testament, integrity means “the condition of being without blemish, completeness, sincerity, uprightness and wholeness.” In the New Testament, it means “honesty and keeping with a pattern of good works.” This is what children of God stand for. We should live like our Master Jesus Christ. Jesus is the perfect example of a man of integrity. Satan tempted Him repeatedly to break His integrity and corrupt Him, yet, He never sinned (Hebrews 4:15). Jesus is the only one who lived a perfect life, and always showing a pattern of good works. We (Christians) are called to be like Jesus. We should bear fruits of repentance and stop living like people of the world. (Luke 3:7-14). In Jesus, we are new creations and can be considered perfect before God because of what He has done for us. (2 Corinthians 5:17,21). No doubt, living with integrity in a corrupt world is challenging, yet, we should be those who cannot be twisted or compromised because we serve a holy God. Beloved, invest in integrity because it brings honour and promotion in the long run. Be wise!
1. Thank the Lord for your day and the gift of life.
2. Pray for His forgiveness and mercy on your life.
3. Pray against following evil practices in the world; and ask the Lord to preserve you.
4. Ask for a good night sleep, and cancel Satan’s agenda over your life.
A WORD OF BLESSING
Today I prophesy to you, may God help you to live with integrity no matter what. May your life reflect the glory of God, in Jesus’ name, amen.
