Verse Of The Day : The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved. Jeremiah 8:20
LISTEN : Disregarding the words of God is dangerous and destructive. It is a waste of a lifetime opportunity to be eternally saved (2 Corinthians 6:1-2). The opportunity to be saved is a rare opportunity, but God makes it common to everyone because He loves us. Unfortunately, people despise and ignore this God-given opportunity (of salvation) to their own harm. They disregard God Almighty and embrace Satan and his wicked activities instead (John 3:19). Beloved, do you know willful disregard of God will certainly lead to destruction? (see Proverbs 29:1). Truly, there is no one who disregards God and lives without repercussions. In our verse of the day, the Israelites disregarded God and adopted idol worship; as a result, they were severely punished for their iniquities. They waited for deliverance from the LORD, both in harvest and summer, but it was denied until they repented of their evil and disobedience to God. The Israelites took the grace of God for granted therefore, God gave them over to their enemies and they dealt with them without mercy. They sought solutions but there was none because God was angry with them. (see Jeremiah 8:13-19). Beloved, like the Israelites in our Bible verse, are you disregarding the word of God today? Have you considered the consequences of disobeying God? Are you waiting until it is too late to return to God? My dear, do not waste this ample opportunity to be saved. Rather, see today as a gift from God and use it well to the salvation of your soul. Be wise!

TOPIC : STOP WORRYING AND START TRUSTING GOD
Verse Of The Day : Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7
LISTEN : Yes, God cares about you. Beloved, stop worrying about your problems and start trusting God for a change. Why worry about your needs and problems when you can pray and trust God? (Philippians 4:6). Do you think God does not care about you? Besides, what do you think you can fix by worrying yourself? Beloved, God cares about you. Yes, He cares about us! No matter what you are facing right now, God is still faithful and does care about you. (Psalms 94:14 ; 55:22). The faithfulness of God is for all generations. Therefore, always trust His faithfulness and He will sustain you. Do not believe the lies that God does not care about your problems. Our verse of the day says, “casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7). Beloved, God is your maker. He created you for His good purposes. So, why doubt His ability to meet your needs and fix your problems. My dear, cheer up! God loves you and cares about what you go through. Learn to have faith in Him, stop worrying yourself, trust His promises, determine never to give up on Him, refuse to fear or faint in the face of troubles, and wait patiently for Him. Do not waste your time worrying when you can praise, pray and trust God’s faithfulness. God is willing to help, so do not destroy your life. Look up in faith, surely you will see our dependable God. Cast all your worries on Him, because he cares for you. Be wise!
