Author : Bishop Julius Okarike
Verse Of The Day : When Moses came down from Mount Sinai, he had the two tablets in his hand, and he did not know that the skin of his face was ablaze with light because he had been speaking with God. Exodus 34 :29
LISTEN : After spending forty days with God in Mount Sinai to receive the commandments of God, Moses returns a different man. His face reflects like great light, making it difficult for Aaron and the children of Israel to behold his face without a veil. (Exodus 34:35). He was filled with the glory of God and the Israelites were afraid to come close to him except he wears a veil over his face. He was soaked with the glory of God. Beloved, soak yourself in the presence of God; for he that is soaked with the presence of God will exists as a wonder to others. You cannot be soaked with the presence of God and not make a difference in your life. Like Moses, after spending time with God, you may not know that your life is radiating with the glory of God, but others will notice that you have encountered something supernatural and powerful. My dear, when you encounter the weight of God’s glory, those who encounter you will not deny the evidence that you have encountered the supernatural. Friend, seek the presence of God. God’s presence produces glory. When you spend quality time with God you will glow in His glory. (Luke 9:29). You can never carry the glory of God and end in shame. The glory of God makes you a terror to your enemies and kingdom of darkness. Beloved, soak yourself in God’s presence until your life glows with His glory. Be wise!

TOPIC: FEAR GOD
Bible Verse : And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the LORD, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding. Job 28:28
LISTEN : A good child will not struggle to honour, obey and fear his or her parents. In the same way, a genuine child of God will not struggle to honour and fear God. God is good to all therefore, there is no better way to appreciate Him than to fear, obey, worship and honour Him. Sadly, a lot of people tend to fear men than God. The fear of God is no where to be found in the hearts of many today. Beloved, where is the fear of God in your heart? If God is your creator, where is His honour? God’s problem with the Israelites was their lack of fear and honour for Him. They were ready to fear men, than fear God. My dear, do you know that human wisdom is measured by the fear of God? (Job 29:29 ; Pro 9:10). And anyone who lacks the fear of God is empty of real life? Friend, always examine your fear for God. How much fear and love do you have for Him? Are you putting His interest above yours? Or yours above His? Joseph, though, a slave boy in Potiphar’s house in Egypt, yet, demonstrated the fear of God when his master’s wife asked to sleep with him. He clearly refused and said, “…how then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?” (Gen 39:9).Beloved, determine to honour and fear God always, and remember that He is worthy of worship, fear and honour. Be wise!
1. Thank the Lord for the gift of life.
2. Ask God for forgiveness and restoration.
3. Pray for wisdom to fear and honour God.
4. Pray and cancel every evil plot against you today.
A WORD OF BLESSING
