Verse Of The Day : For this reason I tell you, whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. Mark 11:24

LISTEN : A young lady was diagnosed with a terminal disease. And the doctor was blunt about it as he breaks the news to her. He said, “Young lady, you have just six months to live.” The lady replied, “That’s, if God says so! But I’m assuring you I’m not going to die, I’ll surely live.” Few years later, the doctor and the lady met and he couldn’t recognize her. This time she was completely healed, and the doctor was amazed at her miraculous recovery. And therefore exclaimed, “It can only be God!” My dear, if it’s hard for you to believe you can receive what you ask for, it’ll be impossible for you to receive it. (James 1:6-7). No one can possibly stop you if you believe that you can’t be stopped. God is willing to give you what your faith can grab. (Mark 9:23).Therefore, when you come to the altar of prayer, just believe that God is able to give you what you ask of Him. When you pray in faith God will surely respond. Whether He delays to respond, the truth is that, He’ll unfailingly respond. It’s God’s responsibility to answer your prayer when it’s done in faith. God can’t neglect act of faith because it honours Him. He respects faith because faith relies on Him for results. When you pray in faith, you’re telling God that, nothing is impossible to Him; therefore, you’re sure you can have what you ask for. Those who pray and believe that they’ll receive what they ask for don’t live by sight, but by faith. They’re not moved by circumstances, but by the power of God. My dear, if you determine to pray and believe in the power of God, you’ll receive what you ask for. Remember, God can’t refuse to give you what your faith can grab. Be wise!

Bible Verse: Evening, morning, and at noon, I will cry out in distress. He will hear my voice. Psalms 55:17

LISTEN : You can’t truly pray until you’re committed to the duty of prayer. It takes faith and commitment to pray when the heaven seems to be silent on you. But when prayer becomes important to you God will certainly hear you eventually. He never ignores those who pray to Him with all their hearts. Those who will prevail with God are those who through faith will persist in prayer. David said, “Evening, morning, and at noon, I will cry out in distress. He will hear my voice.” (Psalms 55:17). David refused to give up praying no matter his situation. He prayed until he received. (Psalms18:6). He was not bothered about God’s delay in answering his prayer, instead, he was strong in faith knowing that God will surely answer him. My dear, are you truly praying? Do you know prayer is powerful? So, pray fervently until you receive what you ask for. Be wise!

Prayer : Dear Lord, I thank you because you answer prayers. Therefore, hear my distress call, in Jesus’ name, amen.
