Verse Of The Day : Be still, and know that I am GodPsalms 46:10

LISTEN : To get it right in life, don’t try to figure out everything perfectly in one shot. Things get better as you make progress. So, take it one step at a time. Don’t panic about the result, instead, press on with your task and be calm and put your trust in God. Our Bible verse today says, “Be still, and know that I am God” (Psalms 46:10). To be still is to have deep silence and calm. But, you can’t experience calm and deep silence when your heart is troubled and you choose not to seek the peace of God. When you are afraid for whatever reason, and living without faith, you can’t enjoy calm and deep silence. You will lose your peace of mind when fear rises in your heart. Truly, you can’t be still unless you put your trust in God. You must acknowledge that God is able to do all things no matter what (Jeremiah 32:27). Friend, be patient and work with God. Even if you seem not to understand anything, just open your ears and heart to the voice of God. Don’t be in a hurry! And don’t try to figure out everything at once. My dear, it is an unrealistic expectation to think that, you have to have everything figured out perfectly in one shot. Surely, everything will not come fully into focus immediately. But as you move with God, the picture will become clearer to you; complications will be sorted out, frustrations will vanish, and success will be achieved. So, press on with your goals and always remember that, you can’t figure out everything perfectly in one shot. Be wise!

2. Don’t try to figure out everything perfectly in one shot, rather, press on and address issues as they come.
3. Don’t forget that, everything will not come fully into focus immediately. Therefore, to make progress, take one step at a time.
4. No matter the circumstance, don’t panic. Rather, be patient and work with God to achieve success.

EVENING

TOPIC : DO YOU HUNGER AND THIRST AFTER RIGHTEOUSNESS?

Friday, April 5, 2019

Bible Verse : Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Matthew 5:6

LISTEN : Friend, do you hunger and thirst after righteousness? Do you have intense desire to please God. My dear, to please God you must change ‘your taste’ from living to please your flesh, to living to please God (Colossians 3:1-2). You should seek after righteousness, holiness, godliness and the will of God. In a world where people are comfortable with sin, you should stand with God no matter what. God blesses those who hunger for Him. Our Bible verse says, “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled.” (Matthew 5:6). This means that how much we desire to please God will determine how much He can satisfy our empty souls. Therefore, let us reject the unfruitful works of darkness and follow after righteousness to experience God’s power in our lives. Be wise!

Prayer : Blessed Father, help me to hunger and thirst after righteousness as long as I live, in Jesus’ name, amen.
