Verse Of The Day : What good is it, my brothers, if a man says he has faith, but has no works? Can faith save him? Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself. James 2:14,17
LISTEN : There can be no relationship with God without faith, and faith can’t work if you neglect the necessary actions to take to get results. Faith is not to do nothing, but to act in line with the will of God. Because faith sees the invisible and does the undoable, therefore, faith acts to get results. My dear, it takes faith to see what others couldn’t see, and to grab answers that seems impossible. The eyes of faith enable us to see and taste our expectations before they finally become obvious to others. Beloved, what you can’t imagine you can’t become. Yes! It must first crossed your mind before it finds expression in the physical. What you want to experience in your life must begin as a thought, and metamorphose into an action before you can see a result. Thought preceeds action, hence, no matter your faith, nothing will work until you act in line with the word of God. Faith can’t work standing alone. The Bible says, “What good is it, my brothers, if a man says he has faith, but has no works? Can faith save him? Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself.” (James 2:14,17). Friend, the power of faith is in its actions. Even Abraham the man of faith could only achieve results when he believed God and took actions anytime he receives a command from Him. So, don’t fold your hands and wait for God to do a miracle for you in what He has given you to do in principle. Remember, faith without works is dead. Be wise!

Bible Verse : And they glorified God in me. Galatians 1:24
LISTEN: God’s desire for us is to love and worship Him. He wants our lives to bring glory to Him. My dear, God wants people to praise Him because of your good life. But He can’t be praised when you live in sin. He can’t be praised when you spend your life in prostitution, terrorism, Kidnapping, blackmailing others, killing, stealing and committing all manner of atrocities against God and humanity. God can’t be praised because of you when your business is to break people’s heart, traumatise and cripple them. People can only praise God in you when your life is a source of comfort, encouragement, peace, joy, unity, progress, goodness and the likes to them. Addressing his audience, Apostle Paul narrated his role in persecuting the church, and the sudden encounter with Jesus Christ on his way to Damascus (Acts 9:1-16). He concluded by telling the church that his encounter with Jesus transformed his life from persecuting the church to preaching the gospel he once sought to destroy. On hearing his testimonies, the brethren glorified God in him. (Galatians 1:15-24).) What a positive change! Beloved, what positive change can you make today to bring glory to God? Is it a change of attitude towards your marriage, the church, your family, mission and evangelism, addictions, business, relationships, your nation, etc.? Do it today and God will be glorified. Be wise!
Prayer : Dear Lord, I thank you because you are God. Make my life a source of glory to your name, amen!
