Verse Of The Day: For you have armed me with strength for the battle. You have subdued under me those who rose up against me. 2 Samuel 22:40
LISTEN: When you look inward, you’ll discover that, you’ve been divinely empowered to courageously and victoriously face the battles of life. Every genuine believer in Christ Jesus has God’s power within him or her. However, unless you acknowledge this truth, the devil will make you to believe that you’re defeated. My dear, you’re favoured because you’re divinely armed for the battles of life. You can never lose the battle when you’re clothed in God’s armour. Friend, are you faced with trials and temptation? Is your life threatened? Are you confused about what else to do? Are you wondering when all your problems will be over? Beloved, don’t be afraid. You can overcome your fears by placing your hope in God? This is possible to achieve when you grow your faith. When you trust God, He will arm you with strength to make it through the storm. Beloved, no matter what you’re going through right now, God knows and wants to help you. But you must acknowledge Him as your Saviour and source of strength. In our verse of the day, David acknowledged and revered God as his deliverer, stronghold and source of strength. (2 Samuel 22:40). He acknowledged and praised God as the one behind his victory over all his enemies (2 Samuel 22:3). David made it through the storm because his hope was in the living God. In spite of his trials and afflictions he could boldly say, “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for you are with me; your rod and your staff they comfort me.” (Psalms 23:4). Beloved, don’t be afraid, just put your hope in God and you’ll make it through the storm of your life. So, remember to use the power of God within you. Be wise!

Bible Verse : Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. Matthew 7:7
LISTEN : If you must receive from God, you must ask in faith. My dear, have you asked in faith? You won’t receive until you ask, seek and knock on God’s door of favour. Learning to ask is learning to receive. God gives answer when we ask. He reveals and releases hidden things when we seek; and He will let us into His chambers and home of abundance and mysteries when we knock on His door. God honours those who are importunate in prayer. He blesses those who are tenacious in seeking to discover His will and receive His blessings. He will not ignore those who refuse to give up on knocking on the door of mercy and blessings. He promises to respond when we sincerely ask, seek and knock on His door of grace. The Bible says, “For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened.”(Matthew 7:8). My dear, stop complaining and begin to ask, seek and knock on the door you want to open up in your life. Never forget that “not to ask is not to receive, not to seek is not to find; and not to knock is to have yourself locked out of God’s blessings.” (James 4:2,3). Beloved, never miss any opportunity to ask, seek and knock on God’s door through prayer. Whatever your needs are, pray fervently and expect confidently, and God will cause you to receive His abundant and endless blessings. Be wise!
Prayer : Dear Lord, I thank you because you answer me when I call. Answer me today, in Jesus’ name, amen.
