Verse Of The Day: From the rising of the sun to the going down of the same, The LORD’s name is to be praised. Psalms 113 : 3
LISTEN : Praise means so much to God. As a matter of fact, to refuse to praise Him is to refuse to honour Him. Our praise to God should be a lifelong thing. Praise should not be altered by our bad mood, but sustained by our faith and love for God. Sometimes we may not feel like it because of problems and sorrow; but we can praise all the same because praise glorifies God and blesses us. My dear, to fully and joyfully praise God, you must acknowledge and appreciate each day as a blessing from God to you. Those who see each day as a blessing from God don’t hesitate to give praise to Him no matter the circumstance (Psalms 22:23; 50:23). And praise will move God to act beyond your widest imagination (Isaiah 42:10-13). But those who complain, murmur and count their losses on a daily basis instead of to praise God, takes His grace for granted. Many of us are addicted to taking the grace of God for granted. We thank Him only when we receive a great favour or attain something worthwhile; but complain when we feel disappointed, rejected, unfulfilled and the like. My dear, determine to praise God heartily no matter your mood. When you wait for the right atmosphere to praise God, you’ll hardly find one in this wicked world of ours. My dear, just praise God no matter your mood. The Psalmist said, “From the rising of the sun to the going down of the same, The LORD’s name is to be praised.” (Psalms 113:3). Henceforth, determine to make praise a lifelong duty to God. Be wise!

TOPIC : GOD LOVES HOLINESS AND UPRIGHTNESS
Bible Verse: For the Lord is upright; he is a lover of righteousness: the upright will see his face. Psalms 11:7
LISTEN: God is a holy God. He loves uprightness and holiness. He is righteous and loves righteousness. He is a God of justice and loves those who are just and fair to others. There is no unrighteousness in Him. And He is pleased when we behave in an honest way and maintain high moral standard no matter what. God is honoured when we live to the glory of His name. As children of God we should learn to live as sons and daughters of a holy and righteous God. The LORD our God is righteous in Himself, and in all His ways and works. His righteousness is demonstrated both in visiting and punishing the wicked, and in maintaining the righteous cause of His people. Beloved, righteousness is agreeable to the nature of God: He loves to exercise righteousness in the earth, to administer it to, and among men; this He delights to do. Friend, God has given us His righteousness through Christ Jesus. We became righteous through the death of Jesus Christ on the cross. God gave us righteousness as a gift through His Son Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17). Through Christ, God is well pleased with us as we walk in obedience to Him. By Him we shall see His favour, goodness, protection, etc. (Psalms 11:2). Beloved, God is righteous and loves righteousness. So, let us learn to live in line with His will and be blessed. Be wise!
Prayer : Dear Lord, help me to walk in holiness and uphold righteousness as long as I live, amen.
