Verse Of The Day: Then shall you understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God. Proverbs 2:5
LISTEN : Wisdom is vital to success. It is the principal thing. (Proverbs 4:7). The beauty of life is tied to wisdom. To be bankrupt of wisdom is to be worthless in life. As a matter of fact, he who lacks wisdom is a liability to the world. Then, what is wisdom? Wisdom simply means, good sense or judgment. It is the proper application of knowledge. Wisdom is expressed in the way we make our choices; take actions, utter words; choose our friends, the way we relate with others, the list goes on and on. My dear, it is meaningless to live without wisdom. Yes, absence of wisdom is the reason for lack of fear of God. True wisdom is demonstrated by the fear of God. Our verse of the day is a statement expressing the result of true wisdom. In verse 1 to 4 of Proverbs 2, we are encouraged to give ears to wisdom, turn our hearts to understanding; and seek wisdom with all our hearts like silver and gold. When we are purposeful with our search for true wisdom, we will discover the fear of God. Our verse of the day puts it this way, “Then shall you understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.” (Proverbs 2:5). Beloved, we may understand everything on the earth, but when we are empty of the fear of God we have shown how foolish we are. There is no true wisdom without the fear of God. Be the ‘wisest person’ on the planet; if you are bankrupt of the fear of God you are indeed pitiable. Lack of fear of God exposes you to danger. Therefore, to avert the danger you must discover God. My dear, to discover God you should search for wisdom. When you drive your life in the vehicle of true wisdom, you will journey successfully to the land of divine security. (Ecclesiastics 7:12). Remember, wisdom produces the fear of God, and the fear of God produces divine security. Be wise.

TOPIC : ASK AND BELIEVE TO RECEIVE
Bible Verse : Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. Matthew 7:7
LISTEN : Ask and believe to receive. God will give when you ask of Him. He gives to those who ask of Him. So, ask Him. My dear, you will not receive until you ask in line with His will. Learning to ask is learning to receive. God gives answers when we ask. He reveals and releases hidden things when we seek Him diligently; and He will let us in when we knock on His door. God honours those who are importunate in prayer. He blesses those who are tenacious in seeking to discover His will and receive His blessings. He will not ignore those who refuse to give up on knocking on the door of mercy and blessings. He promises to respond when we sincerely ask, seek and knock on His door of grace. The Bible says, “For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened.” (Matthew 7:8). My dear, stop complaining and begin to ask, seek and knock on the door you want to open up in your life. Never miss any opportunity to ask, seek and knock on God’s door through prayer. Remember, God gives to those who ask of Him. Therefore, you can’t be empty of answers when your mouth is full of prayers. Be wise!
Prayer : Blessed Father, I thank you because you answer prayers. Therefore, hear me when I call you, in Jesus’ name, amen!
