Verse Of The Day : When my father and my mother forsake me, then the LORD will take me up. Psalms 27:10

THOUGHT OF THE DAY : To survive trials of life, look beyond human’s help to God’s unfailing and ultimate help.

LISTEN : To be hopeless is to feel or cause to despair. Despair is the complete loss or absence of hope. My dear, stop being ‘unreasonably hopeless’ and begin to be courageous and hopeful no matter what. There is no situation that is too hopeless until you accept it. So, resist hopelessness! A hopeless mind is nothing but an empty mind loaded with negative thoughts and imagination. Yes, hopelessness is a choice and not the outcome of our circumstances. If you keep looking unto God hopelessness will fade away and make room for hopefulness if only you will realize that, God is bigger than everything and everyone. Beloved, God is closer to you than you think. He would help you when you cry out to Him for help. When you trust Him to help you, He will carry your burdens for you (1 Peter 5:7). God knows those who belong to Him and therefore cannot forsake them. (2 Timothy 2:19). So, do not think that, God has forsaken you just because you are in trouble, rather, look onto Him because He is there for you. He will intervene at the right time. My dear, do not despair, instead, exercise your faith in Him. Believe me, you can experience the faithfulness of God if your eyes are on Him. God is able to sustain the righteous and his seeds; so, do not be depressed, rather exercise faith in God. Never lose hope thinking God has abandoned you, or thinks it is all over just because no one seems to care about you. My dear, all hopes cannot be lost when God is the source of your hope. Therefore, stop relying solely on man for help and begin to put your trust in the living God. David said, “When my father and my mother forsake me, then the LORD will take me up.” (Psalms 27:10). Henceforth, look onto God and stop being unreasonably hopeless. Be wise!

TOPIC : FAILURE IS INEVITABLE WITHOUT CHRIST

Monday, May 25, 2020

Bible Verse : I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. John 15:5

LISTEN: Complete failure is inevitable without Christ. Yes, not to cooperate with God is to be confused in the journey of destiny. However, God wants us to be fruitful. He wants us to produce good results and become eternally productive. God wants us to be productive for His kingdom. He wants us to impact lives around the world and turn them over to Him. Unfortunately, we cannot achieve that until our relationship with Him is sustained. Beloved, God wants us to faithfully serve Him and spread the gospel of Jesus Christ around the world. But, we cannot do His will or anything of importance until we have chosen to connect and commit ourselves to Him. Jesus said, “I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.” (John 15:5). My dear, let us not forget that, we draw our strength from God, hence, fruitfulness in the Christian faith will be impossible if we are disconnected from Christ the source of supernatural strength. My dear, what is your relationship with Christ? Are you really doing what God expects of you? Are you truly depending on Him for strength and direction? If not, make a U-turn today by building a warm relationship with Him. Remember, failure is inevitable without Christ. Be wise!

Prayer : Heavenly Father, help me to be fruitful to you now and forever, in Jesus’ name, amen!
