Verse Of The Day : For here we have no lasting city, but we seek the city that is to come. Hebrews 13:14
LISTEN : The precarious situation of the world today due to coronavirus (COVID-19) has proven that we don’t have a permanent place as our home in the world. It’s enough prove that we all live by the mercies of God. We’re created to honour God and to be a blessing to otbers. As a matter of fact, we need God. My dear, do you know that this world is not our home? (Eccles 9:5). And that we’re just pilgrims on the earth? Obviously, this world is not our home. The world is imperfect, fleeting, and vanishing; and certainly we must die out of it. Beloved, learn to use this world with wisdom. Don’t live as though you have come to stay here forever. Hold the things of this life loosely, and hold firmly to God. God is the source and real meaning of life. Hence, to live apart from Him is to be empty of purpose. Life has no meaning apart from God. Therefore, it’s the height of foolishness to live as though God doesn’t matter to you. He who thinks that God doesn’t matter will receive same treatment in eternity. So, whatever the pleasure or excitement of your life, always remember that, this world is not your home. Our verse of the day says, “For here we have no lasting city, but we seek the city that is to come.” (Hebrews 13:14). This means that, whatever you have in this life, you have it just temporarily. And when you’re gone out of this world, you’ll have nothing if you don’t have Jesus Christ in your life today. Beloved, open your eyes. Stop living just for this life and begin to live for God. (1 Corinthians 15:19) Remember, we don’t have any home in the world. Be wise!

Bible Verse : But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19
LISTEN: It’s God that supplies our needs not just our efforts. God feeds His people and supply their needs. He knows our needs and will always provide for us. My dear, no matter the situation, God will not leave you destitute, He will surely provides for your daily needs. He has given us the assurance of divine provision. Therefore, if we can ask Him for our needs, He will supply us with the necessary provisions. (Matthew 7:7,8). So, you must learn to trust Him with your daily needs and be confident that He will not forsake you. His supply includes all our needs, not just some needs. God is the source of all good gifts and provisions. (James 1:17). So, stop worrying about what to eat, drink or wear, instead, trust God to honour the works of your hands. He will surely bless you with divine provisions. Henceforth, do what you can and allow Him to do what you can’t. Remember, you will not be destitute no matter what. Be wise!
Prayer : Everlasting Father, you are my provider. I look to you for my daily bread, in Jesus’ name, amen!
