Verse Of The Day : Or what woman, if she has ten silver coins and loses one of them, does not light a lamp, sweep the house, and search thoroughly until she finds it? Luke 15:8
THOUGHT OF THE DAY : God is Light and nothing can be lost in the Light.
LISTEN : Search leads to discovery and discovery leads to recovery. To search is to try to find something by looking or otherwise seeking carefully and thoroughly. In our Bible verse today, Jesus in his parable narrated how important it is to look for what is missing in our lives. This implies that, life will be shrouded in mystery if you fail to search for its meaning. Certain answers will not come until certain steps are taken. Therefore, to find it you must first seek it. My dear, is something missing in your life, and at the same time hard to find? Are you worried because you believe there is no solution to that situation? Not to worry! Nothing is lost until the owner stops searching for it. In the same way, what is missing in your life cannot be lost until you cease to search for it. What you cannot find God can help you find it. No secret is too hard for God to reveal. All secrets belong to Him (Deuteronomy 29:29). God is light and nothing can be lost in the light. It is only in darkness that things escape the views of men. But when light appears, revelations, insights, knowledge, understanding about hidden things are revealed. Beloved, to discover what is lost in your life (marriage, business, career, relationship, health, ministry, academics, etc.) you need light. You need God. God is light. The light of God shines through His words. David said, “Your word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” (Psalms 119:105). Use the word of God to discover the will of God about your situation. Pray and meditate in His word to receive revelations about your situation. Beloved, you cannot walk in the light of God’s word and remain in darkness. Your search will end the moment you align yourself with God. So, search for what is missing in your life through the eyes of God’s word. Be wise!

TOPIC : PRAY FOR DELIVERANCE
Saturday, May 30, 2020
Bible Verse : Deliver me from my distress; rescue me from my suffering! Psalms 25:17
LISTEN : Prayer of faith sets the stage for divine intervention. God is willing to save you if you are prepared to pray. However, satanic oppressions will continue where prayer is neglected. Beloved, are you suffering and hurting? Talk to God about it. People often experience trouble and suffering in many ways (sickness, hardship, oppression, torment, persecution, injury, etc.) Truly, no one is immune to trouble and suffering; everyone at one point or the other must have a taste of it. When trouble comes, it appears like we are not going to come out of it alive, as a result, we panic and worry instead of praying to God for intervention. People are too quick to forget God and go in search of alternative “solution” when suffering seems to persist in their lives. They ignore to pray, instead, follow the will of the flesh. Beloved, learn to call to God in your troubles. If your troubles and suffering persist, do not worry, instead pray to God. Pray until you receive. God’s ear is itching to hear your prayers. Cry to Him in your suffering like David cried saying, “Deliver me from my distress; rescue me from my suffering” (Psalms 25:17). David cried out to God because the situation was more than he could handle; and because he cried to God, God delivered him. The Bible says “Surely he rescue me from all trouble, and I triumph over my enemies.”(Psalms 54:7). Beloved, are you faced with danger or distress? Do not panic, rather pray to God until He hears you. If you can pray God can answer. Be wise!
Prayer : Dear LORD, deliver me from my troubles, amen.
