Verse Of The Day : For I am sure of this very thing, that the one who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6

LISTEN : If you can believe God’s word for your life, you can see His hand upon your life. God honours those who honour Him. He shows Himself mighty in the situations of those who put their trust in Him. What He starts in their life He finishes. My dear, God can’t start what He doesn’t intend to finish in your life. His works are completed before He ever starts them. The Bible says, “Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me. Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure.” (Isaiah 46:9-10). My dear, every child of God is a project in the hands of God. Yes, we are all work in progress in His plans; and God doesn’t abandon His projects. This means that, you are a project to be completed no matter what. You may not have received answers to prayers now, but the truth is, God will finish what He started in your life. God is the master planner. He is taking His time to beautify you. You will come out great and better when He is done refining you. So, forget about the delays, the heartbreak, the rejections, the disappointments, the sorrows, etc. I am very sure God will finish His work in your life. In life, most endeavours can be done little by little. They can continue progressing despite pauses or interruptions or other things going on simultaneously. Beloved, no matter what happens, God will not abandon you. He will surely finish what He started in your life. That’s the encouragement from our anchor scripture today. So, be confident in His power; allow Him to refine you and never write off yourself. Remember, God will make a name for Himself in your life. Be wise!

Bible Verse : Throw all your worry on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7

LISTEN : Trust God and stop worrying about your problems. Learn to cast your burdens on Him by faith. My dear, we are not serving a God who is inconsiderate and insensitive to the sufferings of His people; rather, we are serving the God who cares about His people. The God that feels the pain and needs of His people. He created us for His own glory, and therefore will sustain us. And because He created us and gives us life daily, therefore, we should also allow Him take care of all the things that we are worried about. Why should you doubt God’s ability to meet your needs? My dear, God cares about you as much as He cares about me. So, have faith in Him and stop worrying yourself. Henceforth, trust the promises of God; determine never to give up on Him, refuse to fear or faint in the face of troubles, and wait patiently for Him. He will surely intervene at the right time. Therefore, throw all your worries on him, because he cares for you. Be wise!
