Verse Of The Day: So I tell you: Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. Luke 11 : 9 , 10.

LISTEN: No genuine or serious-minded christian will do without formidable prayer life. Prayer is an indispensable weapon of a true believer in Christ. When prayer is undermined, spiritual success and stability are bound to be forfeited. Jesus Christ could not do without prayer; therefore, to neglect the duty of prayer is to limit one’s spiritual authority as a Christian. Those who are willing to pray from a sincere heart will not be empty of God’s power and support. Beloved, are you in trouble? Is your hope gone because of pressures all around you? Are you given up on life just because your reasons for hope seems to be gone? Have you exhausted all available options to you and nothing seemed to be working out? Cheer up! All hope is not lost.

Do not give up on prayer. We have assurance of answer to prayer from the Master Jesus Christ. He said, ” Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.” (Luke 11 : 9 , 10). So, have you been praying in faith? Do you give the needed attention to the duty of prayer? Prayer of faith is necessary for divine intervention. Sadly, a lot of christians do not give the needed attention, time and passion to prayer. They seemed to have forgotten that prayer is an integral part of our walk with God. Beloved, if Jesus Christ our Master and the apostles could not neglect to pray, why should we?

To be victorious, it is obvious that we cannot do without prayer. Not just to pray, but to pray sincerely in faith with total trust in God. Sincere prayer is an act of faith. You cannot pray to God when you do not trust in Him. Are you facing some challenging situations in your life? Pray! The bible recommends that you pray. The bible says, ” Is any among you afflicted? let him pray.” (James 5: 13). When you pray in faith, where you were pressed down, afflicted, and overwhelmed with sorrows, God will give you victory and deliverance. Beloved, learn to pray in faith, pray and pray again. Remember, nothing lies beyond the reach of prayer except that which lies outside the will of God. So when every other thing has failed, try the power of prayer of faith. Pray till you break through. God bless you.
